Is This The Right Fit?

We focus on handmade goods first, with a limited selection of curated items that complement our space and its existing vendors.

 

Our products preferably fall within the spirit of gifting, with a strong focus on handmade or locally sourced ingredients - items that feel special, intentional, and easy to purchase for yourself or someone else.

We’re looking for vendors who are reliable, engaged, and excited to be part of a collaborative community.

What You'll Get

At Haven, we’re building more than a retail shop.


We’re creating a space where small businesses can grow, connect, and feel supported.

 

Alongside a thoughtfully curated storefront, we’re actively developing additional vendor resources including:

  • marketing and social media support

  • branded materials and merchandising guidance

  • educational resources focused on branding, retail, and sales

  • a collaborative vendor community centered around shared success

Some of these offerings are already in place, while others will continue rolling out as Haven grows over the coming months.

Our goal is simple: to create an environment where local makers and small businesses can thrive both inside and beyond our walls.

We’re currently in a growth and transition phase as Haven evolves from Rose & Holly. Additional vendor resources and educational tools will continue launching in 2026.

What We Expect From Vendors

To keep our space running smoothly and successfully for everyone, we look for vendors who:

  • Actively stay on top of stock amounts through our vendor app and restock in a timely manner

  • Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner

  • Respect shared space and fellow vendors

  • Are open to learning, growth, and feedback

What Happens Next

Once you apply, we’ll carefully review your submission to ensure it aligns with our current vendor mix and store vision.

 

If we feel it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out with next steps.

We receive a high volume of applications and may not be able to respond to all submissions.

We review applications regularly to maintain a balanced selection of products and categories.

Vendor Structure

We operate on a hybrid of monthly space rent & commission on sales.

Monthly rent is calculate at

  • $25 /sq ft floor space

  • $8 /sq ft shelf space

Plus 20% sales commission to the store.


Vendors are given access to our ConsignCloud inventory system and are expected to track & maintain their own inventory and restock as needed.

Inventory can be dropped off or shipped to the store, with an inventory sheet.


More details on these processes is provided to approved vendors.
